Build and train the security team to ensure a safe environment
Plan the day to day operations of the security team and monitor completion of tasks
Conduct walk-thrus to ensure all safety measures are being met and make recommendations for additional procedures
Develop and implement the safety, security and emergency plans and programs for the hotel through the supervision of the security team.
