Ensure Proper Food Storage

Kitchen stewards not only help to organize the food storage but also assist in light food preparation and serving food and beverages as needed.

Keep the Kitchen Safe and Secure 

Kitchen stewards make sure that the hotel’s established safety and security policies are followed, as well as everything being up to OSHA guidelines. They must report any issues to make sure everyone is safe at all times whether at work or as a guest.
