What is a Front Desk Manager?

Build your team of front desk agents, train and manage them to ensure the deliver the best experience for guests when they first arrive to the property. You will also serve as the mentor and guide for front desk agents

 
Interact directly with guests and resolve any problems they may have through creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills
