Uses problem-solving skills to resolve complaints, disturbances, special requests, social media reviews and any other issues that may arise

Communicate with staff of daily activities, group, and VIP arrivals, as well as special requests and repeat guests.
General managers are responsible for creating a great guest experience for each person who comes to their property. They manage and monitor the front office, housekeeping and food and beverage teams to ensure the high property standards are met and maintained.
