Responsibilities

Front desk agents work to fulfill customer needs and reservations as well as hotel administrative tasks.

Monitor the Phones

Front desk agents answer calls spanning from future guests calling to make reservations, current guests asking for room service, transportation or recommendations, or calls about room pricing, amenities or event venues.
