What is a Sales Coordinator?
Complete or assist with various aspects for events including; tracking all details and event steps, and communicate with internal and external team members
Assist the managers of sales and marketing with administrative and clerical support including filing, data-entry, answering telephones, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties
Learn computer systems for the sales process to help implement the company and individual sales goals
Be one of the first points of contact for incoming sales calls. As the sales coordinator you are assisting our incoming reservation calls for groups and meetings as well as assisting the sales team with contracts, room blocks and communication with the rest of the hotel team.
