Bell persons ensure the tagging, collection and delivery of guest belongings, including their luggage in an efficient and timely manner. Bell persons may also assist in valet services.
Whether it's keeping your own uniform up to company standards or helping to maintain organization of the lobby area, bell persons help to make the best first impression for each guest. During down time, bell persons are expected to do light cleaning in the lobby area, like wiping windows or surfaces.
Bell persons not only help to guide guests and their belongings to their rooms, but also activities, restaurant and local joints during their stay. bell persons should be knowledgeable about the property and the community.
