Since banquet set up associates help set up and break down event spaces, there are specific instructions and placements that they must follow for the guests to be satisfied.
Banquet set up associates work closely in a team with others to complete their responsibilities therefore you must be able to communicate well with each other to work quickly and efficiently. In some banquet set up roles you may also help to serve the guests during the event, so you must be able to be friendly and communicative with them as well.
